I wanted to show a different way to view the world by using the hexadecimal codes for colors to represent them numerically rather than visually. I photographed a vibrant sunset and manually replaced every color with its corresponding hex code. The photograph was taken with a very low iso and f-stop in order to let the sun’s light be dominant and shine through as the main subject of the photograph.

This picture immediately caught my attention because as someone who enjoys coding, hexadecimals are a part of that category. It was cool to see someone who also has a similar interest and the explanation made the photograph even more fascinating.

This is such a cool and unique piece! I’m very impressed with the time you took to manually find the color codes. I love seeing interesting ideas like this.
