Trick No Treat

Here comes Bottom as a donkey, hee-haw!

Along comes skeleton Snout, like a shmoo

With Quince the zombie, in his hands a saw

Snug as cinderella, in charming blue

Trick-or-treating, they went from door to door

Collecting candy as their bags overflow

Later they meet in the woods to explore

What has yet to arrive they do not know

But when the magic clock struck at midnight

Snug became round and grew a large green stem

Bottom hee-hawed on all fours, what a fright

Quince craved gore, dripping with phlegm

From afar hid silly Puck with a smirk

No not costumes anymore. O’ that jerk!
