One sees beauty in the dotted back of the ladybug,
discovers awe in the constant buzz of the hummingbird,
yet only finds fear in the face of the bumblebee.

rumors become fact with enough fear added,
But such is the way with the judgement of society
But maybe next time a bee approaches,
Find no fear in its stinger,
But discover awe in its compounded eye,
And see the beauty of its yellow stripes.
