Stories Untold, yet Fold

Liliana Grace Valentine '25

Though as they may, they fight to weave hearing,

for their lies’ to simply put it, are tricks

Again, it is all left behind, lying

Leaving, in hopes that the lies, it unsticks

From beyond, they whisper to misconduct

Before turning, turning to you alone

They beg your forgiveness like the defect

Addicted to coming back more, but gone

Just as fast as it appeared, like how wind

Seems to curl around simply watching down

The calm just before the lonely storm’s end

Swinging to publish just as does the gown

The page rushes, to its only ending

The story simply leaves one wondering
