This sketch is meant to embody a feeling of exhaustion. As far as mediums go, this piece was drawn in black ink and shaded by red, orange, and yellow-colored pencils. The mix of black and warm tones was intended to add contrast.

This is beautiful – I wouldn’t typically think of these colors to portray exhaustion but you pulled it off wonderfullyyyy!!! Everything -from the way her hand is holding the string (?) and how her hair falls and the position of her body to the way the colors slightly blur outside the lines – embodies this sort of dull tiredness. LOVE THIS
