My favorite place has always been the beach. Growing up, my family’s beach vacations were the vacations I looked the most forward to. The smell of the salty air, the sound of seagulls, and the gorgeous view have always brought me happiness and peace. This summer, I visited Santa Barbara, California for the first time, and I thought the view looked straight out of a movie, so I documented my trip through dozens of photos. This was by far my favorite of the collection, as it highlights the open sea and the faint mountain outline in the background, which I think perfectly depicts Santa Barbara.
