A portrait combining elements of familiarity and that of the unexplored depths of the sea. I used graphite pencil to explore the structure and form of reality in an unfamiliar way for the creation of this piece. This was done to help improve my spatial awareness, balance, and imagination for the future creation of fantastical pieces.
