The feeling comes
Familiar yet
The noise then the light
Or the light then the noise?
Gray pillows cover the once blue
The air more full
Empty before
But now has something to fight for
The drops fall from their shelter
Like a balloon who fought a needle
Light flashes on and off
Sound hits ear to ear
Aftermath:
Looking at the glass screen
A barrier to the world
Foggy mist
Roofs drip from wherever they’ve been
